Delete your Urbesploro account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app

1. Open Urbesploro and sign in.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

Write to contact@urbesploro.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Deleting your account signs you out of every device, removes the links to your Google or Apple account and deactivates the account immediately: nobody can sign in to it again and it no longer appears in the app. Your email address, display name and profile photo are then removed from our systems within 30 days. Nothing is kept beyond that, except what the law requires us to keep.
